Pishon Design Studio

Each service offering is limited strictly to what is described on the offer page. Any work beyond the defined scope requires a separate written agreement and additional payment. Pishon Design Studio reserves the right to re-quote or decline any project where the client's actual requirements exceed the purchased service.
The client must provide all necessary materials -- including login credentials, logos, images, and copy -- within 5 business days of project start. Delays caused by missing or incomplete assets will extend the delivery timeline accordingly and do not entitle the client to a refund or expedited delivery.
If the client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals within 7 business days of a request, the project will be considered paused. Projects paused for more than 14 consecutive days due to client non-response will be closed. Reactivating a closed project may require a new deposit and will be subject to current availability and pricing.
Each package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. A revision is defined as minor adjustments to the existing design -- including text changes, color swaps, and image replacements. It does not include layout restructuring, new sections, or changes that alter the scope of the original brief. Additional revision rounds are billed at $50 each. All revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the project is considered complete and closed, and further changes will be quoted as new work.
By submitting the project request form on this site and checking the acknowledgment box confirming willingness to pay a deposit, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect at the moment of form submission. Payment of the deposit confirms the client's acceptance of these terms and authorizes Pishon Design Studio to begin work as agreed.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service price is required to confirm and schedule your project. This deposit is processed via PayPal at the time of form submission. The deposit is applied toward your final balance -- it is not an additional charge. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before final files or access are delivered.
A project slot is only confirmed upon successful receipt of the deposit payment. Submitting the request form alone does not reserve a spot or obligate Pishon Design Studio to begin work. If the deposit is not paid, the submission will not be acknowledged or actioned.
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including client dissatisfaction, change of mind, or business closure. If the client cancels after work begins, the deposit is forfeited in full and any completed work remains the property of Pishon Design Studio until full payment is received. PayPal disputes or chargebacks filed after work has commenced will be contested.
Pishon Design Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel any project where the client's actual requirements exceed the purchased service. In such cases, a revised quote will be provided. Any deposit paid is non-refundable and may be applied toward the revised quote at our sole discretion.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. Pishon Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
The stated delivery timeline of one (1) week begins only after the client has provided all required materials and the deposit has been received. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by client response time, asset availability, or workload. Pishon Design Studio will communicate any delays promptly. Delayed delivery does not entitle the client to a refund.
All work is delivered "as-is" upon final handoff. Once the client has approved the delivered work -- either explicitly or by silence after 7 days of delivery -- the project is considered accepted and complete. No warranty is implied or provided after acceptance. Pishon Design Studio is not responsible for any issues, errors, or breakage that occur post-delivery, including form malfunctions, plugin conflicts, browser compatibility issues, or changes caused by platform updates. Any post-delivery fixes will be scoped and quoted as new work.
Upon delivery of final work, the client has 7 days to review and submit any feedback within the included revision rounds. If no feedback or objection is received within 7 days of delivery, the work will be deemed approved and accepted by the client. Approved or accepted work is considered final -- no further changes will be made without a new agreement and payment.
For services requiring access to client-owned accounts -- including but not limited to Google Business Profile, website hosting, or CMS logins -- the client grants Pishon Design Studio temporary access solely for the purpose of completing the purchased service. The client confirms they have the authority to grant such access. Pishon Design Studio is not liable for any pre-existing account issues, suspensions, access revocations, or problems caused by the platform or third parties during or after the project. Access credentials shared with Pishon Design Studio will not be stored or used beyond the scope of the project.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pishon Design Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses -- including legal fees -- arising from content, materials, or assets provided by the client. This includes but is not limited to copyright-infringing images, logos, text, or any other intellectual property the client does not have the right to use. Pishon Design Studio assumes no responsibility for verifying the ownership or licensing of client-supplied materials.
Pishon Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered work, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational damage, or security breaches. Our total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Pishon Design Studio is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms, plugins, themes, or services -- including but not limited to WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Google, or any hosting provider. We are not liable for platform changes, outages, compatibility issues, or vulnerabilities introduced by third-party software after delivery.
These terms represent the entire agreement between the client and Pishon Design Studio. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in good faith directly between both parties before any other action is taken.
Pishon Design Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your project.
